Unit Doesn't Produce Cool Air

If your unit isn't producing cool air - is working like a regular fan - it could mean multiple things.

One of the following could be effecting your unit, making it unable to produce cool air:

  • The water pump could be dirty. If this is true for your unit, your unit wouldn't be able to pump the water from the water tank. Which would then lead to the unit not being able to produce cool air. To fix this problem you can simply clean the pump, so it is clean - make sure there's nothing blocking the tube as well.
  • Make sure there is water in the water tank because evaporative coolers need water in the water tank in order to produce cool air. You can locate the water tank behind the unit, at the bottom - it can be pulled out, like a drawer.

Your unit should be producing cool air after you've checked everything (above).
