Error Code: F1/F2/F3 - External Temperature Sensor Fault

The error code 'F1' means outdoor ambient air sensor fault; 'F2' means outdoor coil sensor fault; 'F3' means outdoor compressor sensor fault.

To fix either problems you'll need to check the connection between the sensors and the PCB is firmly connected. Then check the sensor sockets are clean, as these are exposed to condensate water so they can corrode - if you find corrosion on the sensor sockets, then use a small abrasive brush in order to clean the sockets.

If the sensors are connected properly and sockets are clean then the sensor set needs to be replaced. To replace the sensor set you'll need to contact us via email at info@airconditioningcentre.com or call us at 0370 3344 556.

ANY WIRING OR CLEANING OF CONNECTIONS REQUIRE THE POWER TO BE ISOLATED BEFORE WORKS COMMENCE.
